Caruso's Rhodiola 50 Tablets

The health benefits of Caruso's Rhodiola come from its natural "adaptogenic" functions. Rhodiola was traditionally used in Russian Medicine as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stressful situations. Caruso's Rhodiola helps to manage the body's physiological stress response by promoting physical and mental endurance, capacity and stamina, reducing cognitive fatigue and supporting mental focus and clarity. It also helps support nervous system health, relieving restlessness, irritability, fatigue and sleeplessness due to mild anxiety.

Ingredients: Active Ingredients. Each tablet contains: Rhodiola rosea (Rose Root) root extract dry conc. 375mg (from min. dry root 937.50mg, standardised to Total Rosavins 11.25mg, standardised to Rosavin 7.50mg, standardised to Salidroside 3.75mg). Free from sugar, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, starch, soy, nuts, animal products, preservatives, artificial colours and artificial flavours.

Directions: Adults take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
