Brauer's Sleep Oral Spray contains ingredients traditionally used in Homeopathic medicine to relieve sleeplessness and restless sleep, including Chamomile and Passionflower to help relax into sleep, particularly when insomnia is associated with mental overactivity or anxiety, plus homeopathic Coffea, traditionally used to relieve mental overactivity. Easy to use, not habit-forming, and won't leave a hungover feeling the next morning.

Ingredients: Contains equal parts of: Capsicum annuum (Capsicum) 14C, Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomilla) 3C, Coffea arabica (Coffea) 4C, Coffea arabica (Coffea) 30C, Gelsemium sempervirens (Gelsemium) 4C, Humulus lupulus (Humulus) 3C, Hyoscyamus niger (Hyoscyamus) 6C, Passiflora incarnata (Passiflora) 3C, Valeriana officinalis (Valeriana) 3C. Contains alcohol (ethanol 25% v/v).

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years: 4 sprays. Children 2-12 years: 2 sprays. Spray under the tongue half an hour before bed and then repeat immediately prior to bed. If sleep is interrupted during the night, take 1 dose every half hour for up to 4 doses.
