Brauer's Sleep Tablets contain ingredients traditionally used in Homeopathic medicine to relieve sleeplessness and restless sleep. Contains homeopathic Chamomilla, Coffea and Hyoscyamus, traditionally used to relieve sleeplessness and reduce excess nervous energy, along with Chamomile and Passionflower to help relax into sleep, particularly when sleeplessness is associated with mental overactivity.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains equal parts of: Capsicum annuum (Capsicum) 14C, Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomilla) 3C, Coffea arabica (Coffea) 4C, Coffea arabica (Coffea) 30C, Gelsemium sempervirens (Gelsemium) 4C, Humulus lupulus (Humulus) 3C, Hyoscyamus niger (Hyoscyamus) 6C, Passiflora incarnata (Passiflora) 3C, Valeriana officinalis (Valeriana) 3C. Homeopathic product. Contains sugars (glucose).

Directions: Adult: Dissolve 2 tablets (1 dose) under the tongue half an hour before bed and then repeat immediately prior to bed. If sleep is interrupted during the night, take 1 dose every half an hour for up to 4 doses.
