The Bodichek Hot/Cold Wheat Pack helps manage pain of acute and chronic injuries, providing hot or cold therapy for aches, pains, injuries, arthritis, migraines, and burns. Made from premium Australian wheat, it conforms easily to the body's contours.

Heating directions: Only use a microwave with a turntable. Flatten the wheat pack on the turntable and heat according to microwave power (approx. 2 min 20 sec at 700W, 1 min 40 sec at 1000W, 1 min 20 sec at 1200W). Allow to cool slightly and remove carefully using a towel. Do not reheat until completely cooled.

Cooling directions: Insert the wheat pack into a plastic bag and place in the freezer for two hours. Remove from the bag prior to application.

Ingredients: 100% Australian wheat; cotton fabric outer.

Warnings: Fire and burn hazard — do not overheat. Do not use under bedding or place inside fabric or clothing. Do not use if it smells or looks burnt; allow to cool, then discard. Do not leave unattended in the microwave. Do not apply directly to skin — use a cover or towel between the pack and skin. Do not use on one part of the body for more than 5 minutes. Not recommended for people with reduced awareness of temperature or feeling in their skin, such as people with diabetes or nerve damage. Supervise children at all times. Do not add oils or fragrances.

Care: Do not wash or wet the wheat pack; sponge the outer fabric with a slightly damp cloth and ensure it is completely dry before heating. Store in a cool, clean environment, away from sunlight. Dispose of completely when worn out or showing signs of burning or degradation.
