The Bodichek Premium Waist and Back Hot/Cold Pack is tailored for the waist and back area, providing a snug fit with an adjustable Velcro belt for secure attachment, and can be used for both hot and cold applications.
Who it's for: Adults with lower back or waist pain, menstrual cramps, or muscle tension needing targeted, reusable hot or cold therapy.
Key features: Dual use — microwave or freeze for the therapy of choice. Reusable and designed for multiple uses. Adjustable Velcro belt for secure, hands-free attachment to the body.
Cold application: To help reduce swelling after an injury, cool down a temperature, ease headaches and toothaches, and relieve minor burns, freeze for at least two hours before use.
Warnings: Do not use directly on the skin — insert in a towel before use. Do not use if the pack is punctured or found leaking. Keep out of reach of children. Wash thoroughly with water if you come in contact with the gel. Never leave in the microwave unattended; do not heat for more than 60 seconds continuously. Do not use on the skin of infants.
Care: Reusable while the pack remains intact and unpunctured.
