The Bodichek Premium Reusable Hot/Cold Pack is specially designed for comfortable and convenient application of heat or cold to painful areas of the body, coming with a soft towel bag cover.
Who it's for: Adults needing a reusable pack for aching muscles and joints, back pain, menstrual cramps, or swelling after an injury.
Key features: Reusable — can be microwaved or frozen depending on the therapy required. Comes with a soft towel bag cover for comfortable application.
Cold application: To help reduce swelling after an injury, cool down a temperature, or ease headaches, toothaches, or minor burns, freeze for at least two hours and leave out for 15–20 minutes before application.
Hot application: For temporary pain relief of aching muscles and joints, nagging back pain, or menstrual cramps. Flatten the pack to ensure even distribution of the gel, then heat in the microwave for 40–60 seconds depending on size, and wait a minute before testing the heat.
Warnings: Do not apply directly on the skin — always wrap in a towel. Use only as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Wash thoroughly with water if you come in contact with the gel. For repeated or extended use, consult your physician. Never leave the pack folded or unattended in the microwave; ensure it rotates freely.
Care: Reusable while the pack remains intact and unpunctured.
