The Bodichek Hot/Cold Pack Economy can be used for both hot and cold applications to provide relief from pain, soreness, or swelling. Available in a range of types and sizes for general everyday use.
Who it's for: Adults needing an affordable, reusable hot or cold pack for everyday aches, pains, and minor injuries.
Key features: Reusable and microwaveable or freezable. Conforms to the body's contours for effective application. Compact and economical.
Cold application: Freeze for at least two hours before use.
Hot application: Boil approximately 4–5 litres of water, remove from heat, and fully immerse the pack to stand for 10 minutes.
Warnings: Do not use directly on the skin — insert in a towel or wrap before use. Do not use if the pack is punctured or found leaking. Keep out of reach of children. Wash thoroughly with water if you come in contact with the gel. For repeated or extended use, consult your physician. Persons with circulatory or sensory problems, hypersensitivity to hot or cold, or a history of frostbite should consult a doctor before use. Never leave in the microwave unattended; do not heat for more than 60 seconds continuously.
Care: Reusable while the pack remains intact and unpunctured.
