Triple-action MagAbsorb+ formula (two bioavailable magnesium forms plus glycine and hops) to support mind relaxation and relieve restless sleep. Valerian-free.
Ingredients: Magnesium citrate (equiv. Mg 296mg); Magnesium glycinate (equiv. Mg 24mg); Glycine 3.1g; Hops extract 125mg; Calcium citrate (equiv. Ca 133.2mg).
Directions: Adults: 1 scoop (7.5g) in 250mL water, 30-60 min before bed.
Warnings: Contains sulfites. Not during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Cease 2 weeks before elective surgery.
