Bioglan Sleep Tablets are formulated according to the principles of homeopathic medicine. Each ingredient provides unique benefits to aid a better night's sleep — supports restful sleep and reduces exhaustion, may help relieve sleeplessness, and reduces nervous tension, exhaustion and restless sleep.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains equal parts of: Melatonin 6X, Coffea Cruda 6X, Arsenicum Album 30C, Matricaria Chamomilla 6X. Contains lactose and pollen.

Directions: Adults: Chew 3-5 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime.
