Bioglan Magnesium + Ashwagandha combines highly absorbable Magnesium glycinate with Shoden Ashwagandha to promote a deep sleep so you wake up feeling refreshed. Relax the body and calm the mind to reduce the time to fall asleep. The unique combination supports muscle relaxation and relieves symptoms of mild anxiety resulting in an enhanced deep sleep.

Ingredients: Each film coated tablet contains: Magnesium Glycinate (equiv. to Magnesium 105mg) 745.21mg, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha — Shoden) root dry extract 56.4mg (from 2.256g dry root), Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha — Shoden) leaf dry extract 63.6mg (from 2.544g dry leaf).

Directions: Adults 18yo+: Take 1 tablet one hour before bedtime for sleep, or 2 per day for stress and mild anxiety, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
