Bioglan L-Theanine PM Calm & Sleep uniquely combines AlphaWave L-Theanine, Magnesium, Shoden Ashwagandha and Hops to relax and calm the mind, reduce the time to fall asleep, and support restful, refreshing sleep. Also supports a healthy stress response and supports muscle health.

Ingredients: Each film coated tablet contains: Theanine (AlphaWave L-Theanine) 200mg, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha — Shoden) root dry extract 56.4mg (from 2.256g dry root), Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha — Shoden) leaf dry extract 63.6mg (from 2.544g dry leaf), Magnesium (as Magnesium Glycinate 744.69mg) 105mg, Humulus lupulus (Hops) flower dry extract 50mg (from 500mg dry flower).

Directions: Adults 18 years and over: Take 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before bed. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.
