Bioglan Active Magnesium + Creatine Powder combines highly absorbable Magnesium citrate with 5g of Creatine to support muscle strength, energy production and aid post exercise recovery when dietary intake is inadequate. Supports muscle strength and energy production during exercise, assists post exercise recovery, reduces muscle cramps, and helps maintain lean body mass during resistance training.

Ingredients: Active Ingredients. Each 10g of oral powder (2 level scoops) contains: Creatine Monohydrate 5.687g equiv. to Creatine 5g, Magnesium Citrate 1.865g equiv. to Magnesium 300mg. Contains sugars, sucralose and sulfites.

Directions: Adults: add 2 levelled scoops (10g) of powder to 200mL water or your drink of choice, or as advised by your health professional.
