Combines highly absorbable Magnesium citrate with 5g of Creatine to support muscle strength, energy production and aid post-exercise recovery, and to help reduce muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate.

Ingredients (each 10g dose / 2 level scoops): Creatine monohydrate 5.687g equiv. Creatine 5g; Magnesium citrate 1.865g equiv. Magnesium 300mg.

Directions: Adults: add 2 levelled scoops (10g) of powder to 200mL water or your drink of choice, or as advised by a healthcare professional.
