Bexters Soda Crystals are widely used to treat aches and pains and speed up recovery after sport and strenuous exercise, providing relief from inflammation or swelling in joints, aching muscles, and sore or swollen feet or hands.
Who it's for: Athletes and active adults needing a natural recovery aid for swollen joints, sprains, strains, and aching muscles after exercise.
Key features: Made from natural sodium carbonate processed to form decahydrate crystals. Hygroscopic — draws excess fluid from muscles and joints when used in an application wrap. 100% natural ingredients, fragrance-free. Recommended by physiotherapists, chiropractors, and sports therapists.
Directions (application wrap): Place 100g of crystals into a purpose-made application wrap and apply directly over the swollen area. Leave secured for a minimum of 3–4 hours, preferably overnight, with a towel or waterproof sheet underneath. Dispose of crystals after each use; do not reuse. Recommended for use on alternate days.
Directions (whole body): Completely dissolve 200g in a full bath and soak for up to half an hour (use 100g for sensitive skin). Take care when stepping out, as the bath may be slippery.
