Able Essential Oil Blend - Sleep Well 10ml

A pure essential oil blend of Cedarwood, Lavender, Geranium, Bergamot and Chamomile, for use in diffusers, oil warmers, bath or diluted massage.

Ingredients: Juniperus virginiana (Cedarwood oil), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender oil), Citrus bergamia (Bergamot oil), Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium oil), Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile oil).

Directions: Diffuser: 2-5 drops. Oil warmer: 3-4 drops. Bath: 3-4 drops in running water. Massage: a few drops diluted in carrier oil. Recommended for children 18 months and over (diffuser use).

Warnings: For external use only, not to be taken. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use undiluted on skin. Some oils are photosensitive — avoid skin exposure to UV light for 24 hours after use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If swallowed, contact the Poisons Information Centre 13 11 26.
