Individually foil-wrapped blood β-ketone test strips for FreeStyle Optium meters and FreeStyle Libre readers. No coding required.

Self-monitoring of blood ketones when advised by your diabetes care team — for example during illness or when glucose is persistently high.

Optium, Optium Neo and Libre reader users who need to test blood ketones.

Compatibility
For use with FreeStyle Optium, Optium Neo and FreeStyle Libre, Libre 2 and Libre 3 readers (blood ketone test function). Not for CareSens, LifeSmart or Accu-Chek meters.
Directions
- Insert the strip into the meter to switch it on.
- Touch the tip of the strip to a fresh blood drop until the confirmation window fills.
- Wait for the countdown and read the result. Dispose of the used strip safely.
Warnings & precautions
- For in-vitro diagnostic self-testing only. Test strips are single use.
- Use only with the compatible meter listed above; other meters may give incorrect results.
- Do not use past the expiry date. Dispose of used and expired strips safely.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Always read the label and instructions for use.
- If your ketone reading is high or you are unwell, contact your doctor or follow your sick-day plan promptly.
Storage
Store in the original container, closed tightly, at the temperature stated on the pack. Do not freeze. Keep away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
