Vitamin D is mainly produced in the skin through a reaction requiring sunlight — people who limit their sun exposure may have an increased need for Vitamin D supplementation. This formula provides a one-a-day dose of Vitamin D3 in a convenient, easy-to-swallow capsule.

Ingredients: Each capsule provides: Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1000 IU) 25mcg. Contains animal products and sulfites. Formulated without gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, soy, corn, artificial colours, artificial flavours or artificial sweeteners.

Directions: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
