Each hard capsule contains: Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 2.5mcg, Curcuma longa (Turmeric) extract dry conc. 5mg (from root dry 175mg), Lycopersicon esculentum (Tomato) extract dry conc. 10mg (from fruit fresh 3.5g), Panax ginseng extract dry conc. 5.5mg (from root dry 55mg), Selenium (from Selenomethionine) 150mcg, Serenoa repens (Saw Palmetto) extract dry conc. 576mg (from fruit dry 2.304g), Urtica dioica (Nettle) extract dry conc. 100mg (from root dry 1g), Vitis vinifera (Grape) extract dry conc. 41.7mg (from seed dry 5g), Zinc (from Zinc Citrate Dihydrate) 15mg. Contains sulfites, encapsulating aids and colourant. Formulated without gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy products, egg, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners.

Directions: Adults: Take 1 hard capsule with water, once daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
