While they feel good at first, they tend to coat the hair shaft and build up over time, leaving hair feeling heavy, limp and needing stronger shampoos to strip it back. Instead of Silicones, we use natural oils like Jojoba and Olive Oil that actually absorb into the hair to hydrate from within, no build-up and no synthetic coating.
