Caruso's Ashwagandha 7500 contains a one-a-day therapeutic dose of the herb Ashwagandha to relieve the symptoms of stress and mild anxiety. Ashwagandha enhances the body's ability to adapt to stress and supports a healthy stress response. It also relieves sleeplessness, improves sleep quality and promotes healthy sleeping patterns. Utilises KSM-66 Ashwagandha®, a certified organic, full spectrum extract of the root of the Ashwagandha plant.
Ingredients: Active Ingredients. Each tablet contains: Withania somnifera (KSM-66® Ashwagandha) extract dry conc. 600mg (from min. dry root 7.5g, standardised to Withanolides 30mg). Contains lactose. Free from nuts, soy, gluten, corn (maize) syrup, artificial colours, sugar, wheat, yeast, artificial flavours.
Directions: Adults take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
Warnings: Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. Not suitable for use by children under the age of 18. Consult your health professional before use with antianxiety, antidepressant and sedative medication. If you are taking any medications or have any existing health conditions, always talk to your health professional before use. Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medication. Store below 25°C.
