Caltrate Bone Health is a high potency calcium supplement providing 600mg of elemental calcium in each tablet with 500IU of vitamin D to help optimize the absorption of calcium in your body.

Caltrate Bone Health is made from calcium carbonate, the most concentrated form of calcium available. Vitamin D helps optimize the absorption of calcium, helping to build and maintain healthy bones.

Directions

Adults: One or two tablets daily with liquid after a meal or as recommended by your healthcare professional. If taking two tablets daily, take each tablet at a different meal time.

Each tablet contains: Calcium Carbonate 1500mg; Cholecalciferol 12.5mcg (500IU of Vitamin D3).

Do not take if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25 Degrees Celsius. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Suitable for sodium restricted diets. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Use only as directed. Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
