Brauer's Magnesium+ Arnica Pain Relief Heat Cream combines magnesium with Arnica montana, traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve symptoms of muscle injury, while also providing a penetrating heat without the burning sensation of some heat creams. Uses MicelleMag+ technology for a micronised form of magnesium, ensuring a smooth, easy-to-apply cream.

Who it's for: Adults with muscle injury symptoms, mild joint aches and pain, or bruising.

Directions: Adults only: Apply a thin layer (approx. 1g) onto affected area and gently massage until absorbed into skin. Repeat 5 times daily. Wash hands immediately after use.

Ingredients: Each gram contains: Arnica montana liquid extract 125mg (from dry flower 25mg), Menthol 60mg, Methyl salicylate 65mg, Magnesium chloride hexahydrate 169.5mg (equiv. Magnesium 20mg), Homeopathic Ruta graveolens 6C 2mg.
