Bodichek Instant Cold Packs provide fast relief of pain and swelling caused by sprains, strains, bruises, minor burns, toothaches, and insect bites. They do not require refrigeration, are easy to activate, and are ideal for sporting events, school, home, and travel.

Directions: Lay the pack flat on a hard surface and ensure the contents are evenly distributed. Firmly strike the centre of the pack using the heel of your hand to rupture the inner fluid pouch. Shake for 10 seconds to mix the contents, then wrap in an insulating fabric or towel and apply to the area requiring cold therapy.

Ingredients: Urea crystals and water.

Warnings: For external use only. Wrap in a towel or insulating fabric before use to prevent discomfort or skin damage. Do not store in the freezer. Once activated, do not refreeze. Do not puncture. If the pack breaks and liquid contacts skin or eyes, immediately flush the area with large amounts of water.
